- Convert inquiries into contracts by utilizing effective sales techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance using CRM tools.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling based on customer needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required; strong interpersonal skills are essential.
- Prior sales or customer service experience is advantageous, but a strong work ethic and a passion for helping others are even more important.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is necessary.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to manage time effectively and show initiative in a self-directed role.
- Comfortable using technology and mobile devices for tracking and communication.
- Physical ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors.
