Your Role - As the face of TruGreen, your daily interactions will focus on understanding the unique needs of homeowners and delivering customized lawn care solutions that foster trust and satisfaction. Each day presents a new opportunity to connect, educate, and earn business.
Professionally engage with new and existing customers through door-to-door outreach, radiating energy and positivity.
Tailor your sales messaging to meet the distinct lawn care needs of each household, as no two yards are alike.
Utilize a proven sales methodology to convert inquiries into signed contracts.
Maintain records of customer interactions and track your performance using a CRM, because every detail counts.
Leverage your expertise to cross-sell and upsell services that enhance customers' lawns.
What You Bring - No need for a green thumb—just the motivation to succeed and the people skills to turn every doorstep into a warm lead.
A high school diploma or GED is required (a PhD in People Skills is a plus).
Prior sales or customer service experience is advantageous, but passion and determination are paramount.
A valid driver’s license with a clean record—reliability is key.
Strong communication skills, whether engaging in light conversation or closing a sale—keep it genuine.
Excellent time management abilities and a self-starter mentality—no one needs to tell you to get going.
Comfort with technology and mobile devices (basic navigation skills required).
Physical capability to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors.

Average weekly earnings range from $875 to $1,200, based on salary and commissions.
