Utilizing your expertise and enthusiasm, you will implement TruGreen’s proven Sales Playbook to provide tailored solutions right at their doorstep, transforming casual conversations into enduring customer relationships.
Your Responsibilities:
Connect with both new and existing customers through door-to-door outreach, radiating professionalism and positive energy.
Customize sales messaging to meet the unique lawn care needs of each household, recognizing that every yard is different.
Effectively convert inquiries into sales using our established methodologies and processes.
Maintain accurate logs of interactions and track your performance using a CRM, ensuring accountability and follow-through.
Utilize your knowledge to cross-sell and upsell services, demonstrating how we can elevate their lawn care experience.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
A high school diploma or GED is required (bonus points for exceptional people skills).
Previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous, although a passion for success is paramount.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are necessary.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging in meaningful conversations or closing deals effectively.
Strong time management skills and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
Comfort with technology and mobile devices is essential.
You should be physically fit enough to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors.
