- Customize sales messages to align with the unique lawn care needs of each household, as every yard is different.
- Utilize a proven sales methodology to convert inquiries into signed contracts.
- Maintain logs of customer interactions and track performance using a CRM system, emphasizing the importance of metrics and follow-through.
- Cross-sell and upsell effectively, demonstrating your expertise in enhancing their lawns.
What You Bring:
- A high school diploma or GED is required; a strong background in people skills is highly valued.
- Prior sales or customer service experience is advantageous, though enthusiasm and a strong work ethic are crucial.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential for reliability.
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers, whether through casual conversation or closing deals.
