ABOUT THE ROLE
- Assist the German Field Sales Lead in managing daily operations and campaign activities.
- Effectively communicate in German (both written and spoken) with internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns and local field activations with a focus on Berlin.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as banners, roll-ups, QR stands, and giveaways.
- Manage relationships with external promoters and freelance telephone agents.
- Oversee scheduling, logistics, and communications with contractors.
- Represent Tide at local events, fairs, and sponsorship initiatives.
- Conduct member engagement outreach through survey-based telephone calls (no cold calls involved).
- Collect market intelligence and conduct lead research for local campaigns.
- Support reporting, analytics, and dashboard tracking of KPIs and funnel data.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards for all field activities.
- Work closely with Marketing, Partnerships, and Compliance teams.
- Synthesize weekly insights, feedback, and content derived from field operations.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, field marketing, or operations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
