Your primary mission will be to attract new Treatwell customers in and around Amsterdam, encouraging beauty and wellness professionals to leverage our software for their business growth.
From the outset, you will engage in an extensive onboarding program designed to equip you with the tools you need for success in business development. Expect to be present in the office daily during this period to ensure a seamless introduction into our team.

Your Responsibilities
- Drive sales through salon visits: Actively engage with salons by making spontaneous visits to present Treatwell and close deals. You will oversee the sales process from initial contact to contract signing.
- Enjoy a balanced work schedule: Spend time in the field while also collaborating with your colleagues weekly at our beautiful Amsterdam office. For those living further away, we offer flexibility with part of your travel time counted as working hours.
- Research and connect with beauty and wellness professionals in your area using phone calls, online resources, CRM tools, social media, and in-person visits.
- Schedule appointments and manage the sales process independently until closing.
- Assist new partners post-contract signing, onboarding them, and providing training on our software before transitioning them to our Account Management team.
- Maintain our CRM database (we use Salesforce, and training will be provided) with all pertinent information.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis and relay field feedback to enhance our sales strategies.
- Evaluate your performance regularly to meet and exceed your goals.
- Foster a team-oriented environment: Play a vital role in motivating and supporting your colleagues.
