- Engage with potential and existing customers through door-to-door outreach, showcasing professionalism and positive energy.
- Tailor sales messaging to meet the distinct lawn care requirements of each household, recognizing that every yard (and homeowner) is unique.
- Convert inquiries into commitments using a proven sales methodology and processes.
- Track interactions and performance through a CRM, as metrics are crucial for success and accountability.
- Expertly cross-sell and upsell, demonstrating to customers how they can elevate their lawn care experience.
- A high school diploma or GED is necessary (a knack for engaging with people is highly appreciated).
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous, but determination and enthusiasm are paramount.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required; reliability is key.
- Exceptional communication skills, whether engaging in small talk or closing sales, are essential.
- Strong time management abilities and a proactive mindset; you thrive on self-direction.
- Comfortable with technology and mobile devices—you won’t need to code, just navigate smoothly.
- Physical capacity to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors.
- Competitive base salary coupled with uncapped commissions, allowing your earning potential to grow with each sale and satisfied homeowner.
- Average earning potential ranges from $875 to $1,200 per week, based on salary and average commissions for qualifying representatives.
