Qualifications
Your Key Responsibilities:
Develop lists of potential restaurants and oversee the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to successful closure (experience in self-sourcing clients is highly advantageous).
Conduct compelling demonstrations and tailor solutions to meet prospective clients' needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that commitments made during the sales process are fulfilled.
Utilize Salesforce (our CRM) to track and manage all sales activities.
Analyze the competitive landscape to effectively position Lightspeed in the market.
What You Bring to the Team:
Dutch fluency is essential.
Experience in customer sourcing or closing, restaurant operations, or a related field.
Must be comfortable working in the field, traveling daily within your designated territory.
Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills with the ability to negotiate at all levels of decision-making.
Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and collaborative team environment.
Self-motivated, creative, and adaptable.
General technical proficiency with software applications.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is an advantage.
