As a Field Sales Specialist, you will embody our brands in the vibrant Bay of Plenty/Coromandel area. We seek a dedicated and results-oriented sales expert who can seize business opportunities, enhance product visibility, and cultivate robust business relationships to drive ongoing company success.
Your key responsibilities will encompass:
Overseeing and merchandising our retail territory, while formulating and executing sales strategies to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) sales targets.
Leveraging banner insights and store-level data to perform performance reviews, identifying growth opportunities and developing action plans.
Collaborating with the grocery key account team to promote in-store activities and relay valuable market feedback.
Launching new products into stores, coordinating launch schedules, and ensuring seamless distribution to maintain our Must Stock List (MSL).
Monitoring shelf compliance and focusing on increasing JDE's share of shelf where appropriate.
