For Borg work, the employee must hold an MBV/TBV diploma.Proficient in English and German for reading and interpreting technical product information and exchanging information with product specialists.Clear and concise reporting, both verbal and written.Detail-oriented, collaborative, communicative, self-reliant, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities and Objectives of the Role
Commissioning systems at customer sites.
Conducting preventive and corrective maintenance (management).
Resolving complex malfunctions and incidents.
Supervising the Field Service Team and third parties.
Ensuring and testing the proper functioning and specifications of the system, and preparing delivery reports.
Updating installations including management systems.
Executing minor tasks such as relocating and/or exchanging system components, modifying system software, and small expansions in the form of modification and/or adaptive maintenance.
Documenting work performed and completing supporting documents for the tasks.
Adhering to applicable safety, health, and welfare regulations (ARBO and VCA) relevant to the role.
