Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert support for all da Vinci® Surgical platforms.
- Analyze customer requirements to facilitate effective system installation through meticulous pre-site planning and coordination.
- Schedule and autonomously manage both planned and unplanned appointments with customers to guarantee optimal system reliability and ensure uptime guarantees are met.
- Exercise independent judgment in assessing the functionality and repair of Intuitive Surgical products.
- Evaluate customer training needs in relation to technical training in an operating room setting, delivering necessary training and support.
- Oversee all administrative duties related to the role, including spare parts inventory, returned material authorizations, calibrated equipment, training documentation, preventative maintenance scheduling, service contract billings, system configurations, and data management in the call escalation database.
