You will own each service visit from start to finish, ensuring seamless support for both technicians and schools throughout the entire process. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background, outstanding organizational and communication skills, and a proactive attitude towards quick scheduling and problem resolution. Your ability to multitask in a high-paced, customer-centric environment will be crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver High-Quality Service Visits: Ensure that all types of service visits are executed accurately and punctually, minimizing disruptions to provide an exceptional customer experience for schools.
- Provide Timely Support for On-site Technicians: Quickly communicate with technicians to diagnose issues, resolve problems efficiently, and ensure successful site visits on the first attempt—reducing repeat visits and downtime for schools.
- Maintain Accurate Data and Documentation: Meticulously track work orders, visit outcomes, and contact information to maintain reliable data that aids in reporting, future planning, and expedited issue resolution.
