Join our team as a Field Service Technician in a vital customer-facing role! You will travel to client locations in San Diego and the surrounding areas to perform skilled service, maintenance, and installation of advanced postage and mailing equipment. Your primary responsibilities will include leading installations, diagnosing equipment issues, and executing prompt repairs to ensure optimal performance.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will enhance customer relationships by providing outstanding support, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring a positive customer experience that fosters loyalty and contributes to our business success.
Working Area includes: Escondido, CA 92025 and up to 35 miles
Your role in our future:
- Install, service, and upgrade equipment at customer sites, including hardware and software configuration.
- Diagnose technical issues, perform troubleshooting, and carry out timely repairs to guarantee optimal equipment functionality.
- Provide training and guidance to customers while ensuring clear communication during maintenance, downtime, or repair scenarios.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and an inventory of replacement parts to be prepared for service calls.
- Document and escalate technical issues as necessary, while identifying opportunities for additional products or services.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and recommend effective technical solutions.
