The Field Service Technician II will not only fulfill all essential duties expected of a Level I installer but will also showcase advanced skills, training, certifications, and leadership capabilities to effectively guide installation teams. Responsibilities include expert configuration and programming of various devices and management platforms, overseeing system commissioning, and delivering thorough customer training at a foundational operations level. This multifaceted role is crucial to ensuring smooth installation processes while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Execute all Level I installer responsibilities, adhering to our comprehensive documentation to maintain the highest standards of service and installation.
· Demonstrate outstanding organizational skills in managing project and service tickets, ensuring efficient communication and timely updates in accordance with assignments.
· Possess a thorough understanding of project scopes and service expectations, taking full ownership of assigned tasks and consistently delivering exceptional results.
· Assume leadership duties by delegating tasks within the team’s expertise, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes growth and productivity.
· Mentor Level 1 installers while leading a team, upholding high standards and actively soliciting feedback for continuous improvement.
· Establish and maintain effective communication channels with Project Delivery Coordinators, Project Managers, and customers as necessary to ensure seamless project execution.
· Showcase proficiency in working with nurse call systems, card access systems, and video surveillance products, contributing to the successful implementation of diverse projects.
