Field Service Technician Level II Responsibilities:
· Perform all duties associated with Level I installation, adhering to our detailed documentation to maintain the highest standards of service and installation.
· Exhibit strong organizational skills in managing project and service tickets, ensuring effective communication and timely updates throughout assignments.
· Demonstrate a profound understanding of project scopes and service expectations, taking ownership of assigned tasks and consistently achieving outstanding results.
· Lead by example by delegating tasks within the team's capabilities, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes growth and productivity.
· Mentor Level I installers while maintaining high standards and actively seeking feedback for continuous improvement.
· Establish and maintain effective communication with Project Delivery Coordinators, Project Managers, and customers to ensure smooth project execution.
· Leverage expertise in nurse call systems, card access systems, and video surveillance products to support the successful implementation of diverse projects.
· Pursue ongoing professional development opportunities, focusing on leadership and communication skills to enhance team contributions.
· Execute Factory Authorized Testing (FAT) of products as required.
