Frequentis Canada, located in Gatineau, Quebec, is seeking a motivated and skilled Field Services Technologist to enhance our customer support team. This role encompasses a diverse range of technical support services, including system maintenance, data network/server support, and on-call assistance for our international clientele. You will conduct factory and site acceptance tests in collaboration with customers to ensure service excellence.
Ideal candidates will possess strong electronics skills and a thorough understanding of systems diagnostics and repair. You must be self-sufficient, capable of making sound decisions, and possess excellent communication skills in English, enabling you to deliver clear presentations and training to our customers. This position may require travel beyond Canadian borders, often involving extended absences (up to several weeks).
