What You Will Do:Lead and coordinate inspection activities across multiple construction sites or large-scale projects.Conduct thorough inspections to verify compliance with project specifications, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.Perform field inspections and materials testing in accordance with project plans and specifications (including Soil, Concrete, Masonry, and Structural Elements).Collaborate with contractors, engineers, architects, and regulatory agencies to address construction challenges.Prepare daily inspection and testing reports.Interpret construction plans, specifications, and standards to ensure compliance.Monitor material quality and workmanship.Issue stop-work orders when necessary and verify corrective measures.Participate in project meetings, providing valuable technical input.Monitor job-site safety and report any hazards or deficiencies.Document construction progress, challenges, and resolutions.Perform additional related duties as required.What We Are Looking For:Experience:A minimum of four years of construction inspection experience on residential and commercial projects or a combination of education, experience, and relevant certifications.Required Certifications:ACI – Field Technician IICC – Reinforced ConcreteICC - Structural MasonryICC – Structural Steel & Bolting
