Who We Are Looking For:GDBA is on the lookout for dedicated men and women from various backgrounds who can contribute their unique skills and experiences to our protective mission. The ideal candidate for the Field Travel Protector position should possess one or more of the following qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years of experience as a full-time certified law enforcement officer. We welcome applications from federal, state, and local law enforcement officers.
Eligibility for HR-218 (LEOSA) or CA CCW is preferred, along with experience as an FBI Special Agent or in the United States Secret Service - Uniformed Division.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in conducting close protection/executive protection operations for high-net-worth or at-risk clients. Experience in residential, corporate, technology, or military/law enforcement protective services details is highly desirable. Proven ability in advancing and providing close protection on both domestic and international field operations is essential.

In this dynamic role, you will provide essential coverage for all domestic and international field operations, including conducting advance work and executing Secure Transportation Operations (STO). Our ideal candidates are experienced professionals who are physically fit, flexible, and adaptable to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
Your starting yearly compensation as a full-time hourly employee is a minimum of $120,000, with the potential to earn up to $150,000+ based on experience, overtime opportunities, bonuses, and more.
