We are in search of a creative and tech-savvy individual who excels in designing marketing materials with Figma and providing administrative support to our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Marketing Support:
- Develop and refine marketing materials, social media graphics, and presentations using Figma.
- Assist in the creation of branding assets and promotional content.
- Support digital marketing efforts including email campaigns and social media content management.
- Personal Assistant Responsibilities:
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications effectively.
- Organize files and documents utilizing MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow.
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Figma for design tasks.
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to meet deadlines.
- Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal.
