Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate efficient testing and assembly operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate goods receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch processes.
- Conduct stock inventory checks and manage stock levels and quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Prepare reports, analyze performance indicators, and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments and supply chain partners.
- Develop process documentation, including work instructions, training guides, and internal quality standards.
- Supervise employee relations, including hiring and training skilled operators, technicians, and support personnel.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for employees.
- Resolve employee issues through effective problem resolution.
