About the job
At Branch Insurance, we are dedicated to transforming the insurance landscape by making it more accessible for everyone. Our innovative use of data, technology, and automation allows us to simplify the insurance process from end to end. We have replaced inaccurate quotes with real prices, developed a more efficient bundling method, and reduced unnecessary costs traditionally associated with insurance. These savings are passed on to our members, ensuring they get the coverage they need without breaking the bank.
We pride ourselves on not only creating an insurance product that meets our expectations but also building a company culture that reflects our values. As we redefine what insurance should be, we aim to redefine the work environment within the industry. Join us and experience the difference for yourself.
While Branch has a preference for candidates located in Ohio, we welcome applicants from AZ, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, MD, MI, MO, NV, NC, OH, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, and WI. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.
Branch operates on a remote-first basis, with many team members choosing to work from home. Our headquarters are in Columbus, Ohio, where we occasionally gather to foster team connections. We also have office spaces in Columbia and Concordia, Missouri, as well as Forreston, Illinois. Annually, we celebrate our company culture during “BranchFest,” a much-anticipated event for our team.
