The Manufacturing Finance team plays a pivotal role in the financial oversight of our Global Manufacturing Organization. We serve as the vital link between engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance, ensuring that production aligns with financial goals. By leveraging data and cultivating strong business relationships, we drive optimal financial outcomes for Anduril. You will collaborate closely with our functional and business leaders to provide critical insights on demand signals, production performance, resource allocation, and product profitability.
ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a Manufacturing Finance Associate with 2-4 years of relevant experience to become a crucial member of our Manufacturing Finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in financial modeling and have experience in operational or hardware settings, along with the ability to foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders. This role will involve direct ownership of financial aspects for a specific product portfolio, guiding strategic decision-making and enhancing financial performance. The successful candidate will actively contribute to shaping our strategy, going beyond traditional service roles to deliver impactful results.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage end-to-end financial processes related to production execution, including headcount, cash flow/working capital, demand forecasting, standard costing, production performance, and product margins.
- Ensure transparency in material costs for current and future Anduril products.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Division Finance and Manufacturing teams to consolidate product revenue, cost models, business case analyses, and decision-making frameworks.
- Develop innovative financial frameworks to support operational decision-making, particularly in manufacturing and supply chain contexts.
- Assist cross-functional teams in conducting trade-off studies to achieve sustainable unit economics.
- Create and refine complex financial models to support and inform business strategies.
