As the Finance Manager specializing in Price Forecasting, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Gross-to-Net (GTN) sales planning and reporting for Humira. This includes estimating rebates and discounts while providing insightful financial analyses on an ad hoc basis. You will also deliver financial leadership to the Market Access and Brand teams during the development of strategic Plans, Long Range Plans (LRPs), and Latest Best Estimates (LBEs). Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Humira Price Forecasting, your independent approach will be crucial to achieving departmental objectives, while maintaining alignment with your director. You will have the autonomy to prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring both anticipated and unforeseen goals are met. Continuous communication with all levels of operational and financial management will be a key aspect of your role.
Responsibilities include:
Facilitating the planning and reporting process for Humira rebates, discounts, and utilization across all financial cycles.
Creating all necessary schedules and utilizing financial systems such as BPC, QlikView, and PowerBI for monthly closing and financial cycles.
Collaborating closely with Market Access and Pricing teams to assess the Gross-to-Net (GTN) forecasts.
Analyzing and discussing price-related variances at month-end and during Planning/LRP/LBE sessions.
Conducting price scenario analyses for various planning cycles.
Assisting in the Humira reserve balance sheet process.
Working with forecasting and commercial finance teams to present a unified net sales message.
Engaging in additional ad-hoc projects and analyses as required.
Managing a complex erosion model to forecast channel-based demand, in close cooperation with Volume Forecasting and multiple business partners for data integration.
