About the job
QIMA is experiencing rapid growth with operations spanning over 100 countries. To keep pace with our expansion and a continuous influx of acquisitions, we are enhancing our Group Finance operations to be agile, resilient, and scalable. As part of the One QIMA Finance initiative, we are transitioning from disjointed, manual workflows to an integrated, AI-first operational model.
The Finance Transformation Analyst (Data & AI) plays a vital role within the Finance Transformation SWAT Team. This position is geared towards individuals who are builders and problem solvers, functioning like a technical product manager for finance. Instead of merely maintaining existing processes, you will be responsible for engineering improved workflows that leverage data, automation, and artificial intelligence to reduce friction, mitigate risks, and prevent complexity as we grow.
Role Purpose
The Finance Transformation Analyst is tasked with designing, building, and embedding AI-enabled finance workflows across the organization. Collaborating closely with Finance, Global Shared Services, Technology, and Data teams, you will translate operational challenges into sustainable, scalable solutions—ensuring our finance processes become quicker, safer, and increasingly automated as QIMA evolves.
This role is focused on delivery and results, firmly positioned on the transformational side of our Finance operating model.
