Transformation: Finance Transformation
In an increasingly complex business landscape, CFOs of private equity-backed companies are now expected to provide strategic insights, moving beyond mere reporting of results. Finance teams are expected to merge historical data with forward-looking analytics to inform business decisions. Efficiency in processes and robust control environments facilitate quicker financial reporting and more accurate metrics, enabling finance teams to focus on creating future enterprise value.
Accordion's Transformation Practice consists of a dedicated team that offers strategic guidance to support PE-backed portfolio companies across a variety of transactions and events. These range from profitability enhancements and finance process optimization to liquidity improvements and digital transformation initiatives. We are proactive problem solvers, adept at navigating complexity and enhancing sponsors’ value creation strategies.
This position is based in our London office. Ideal candidates should be local to the area, with the flexibility to work remotely 1-2 days a week, effectively merging efficiency with collaborative opportunities.
