Qualifications
WHAT WE SEEK:At least 6 years of accounting experience within an industrial multinational corporation.Demonstrated maturity, proactivity, and strong leadership capabilities, complemented by an analytical mindset and keen business acumen.Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (especially Sheets); expertise preferred.Skilled in leveraging AI-driven solutions to automate routine tasks, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.Professional accounting certifications such as ACCA or CPA Australia preferred.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Financial Analyst reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing financial clarity through in-depth analytics. Your primary responsibilities will involve analyzing fluctuations in raw material prices, conducting GMSC analysis, and monitoring cost trends to deliver actionable insights to management. You will also spearhead the SG&A analysis and provide crucial support for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and strategic growth initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Raw Material & GMSC Analysis:
Evaluate and track raw material price changes and their effects on product costs and margins.
Cost Trend & Margin Management:
Conduct thorough cost trend analyses to uncover cost-saving opportunities or inflationary concerns, ensuring that business performance is maximized to safeguard profitability and mitigate financial risks.
SG&A & Expense Control:
Perform detailed SG&A analyses to maintain departmental spending within approved budgets.
AOP & Forecasting Support:
Offer critical data insights for AOP preparation in collaboration with senior management and support the internal forecasting process.
Process Improvement:
Generate and deliver accurate, timely financial reports for management review.
Ad Hoc Support:
Assist with various ad hoc projects as directed by your supervisor.
