Job Summary
The Financial Analyst is instrumental in driving global financial planning and analysis, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial modeling. This role collaborates closely with various internal departments and international subsidiaries, providing insights that shape business strategies and enhance financial outcomes.
Essential Functions
- Develop consolidated annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and variance analyses of financial statements.
- Generate short and mid-term cash forecasts to optimize cash management and working capital in alignment with operational needs and bank covenant obligations.
- Create monthly management reporting packages, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Conduct thorough analyses of financial statements, historical data, and market trends.
- Work collaboratively across functions and global subsidiaries to evaluate financial impacts and support informed decision-making.
- Design and maintain financial models, analyses, and dashboards to facilitate strategic initiatives and assessments.
- Oversee the Adaptive Planning system, ensuring data integrity and supporting reporting needs while assisting users with system functionalities and troubleshooting.
- Contribute to the enhancement of tools and analyses for budgeting, cash forecasting, cost control, financial forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Leverage artificial intelligence tools to improve analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Perform ad hoc analyses, projects, and additional responsibilities as required.
