Position Overview:
The ideal candidate for the Financial Controller role will be responsible for managing the period-end close, budgeting, forecasting, statutory audits, and overseeing all financial aspects of our rapidly growing business unit within Tag Software Group. You will ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis for a portfolio of acquired companies and lead projects that enhance our accounting processes while providing expert guidance on complex accounting issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Develop and maintain forecasts (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze performance strategies to identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring execution aligns with financial targets.
- Drive the financial planning process by assessing portfolio performance and risks, utilizing the KPI framework.
- Maintain positive cash flow for the portfolio by monitoring financial health and liquidity.
- Organize and oversee statutory audits, ensuring compliance and timely submissions.
