The FP&A Team
The FP&A Team is integral in steering strategic decision-making through forecasting, performance analysis, and reporting. Collaborating closely with the FP&A Manager, you will also engage with the wider finance team and various departments within iwoca.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop the monthly operating model, ensuring reconciliations with accounting software and posting necessary journals.
- Enhance and contribute to the forecasting methodology.
- Assist in developing and maintaining robust data pipelines.
- Support the preparation of monthly Board documentation, along with interim and year-end Budget documents.
- Identify and resolve issues or areas for improvement in the monthly operating model.
- Gather and construct datasets to enhance the monthly operating model.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand business developments and their implications for the operating model.
