We are currently on the lookout for a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our Finance team, reporting directly to the VP of FP&A. This pivotal role will be key in fostering financial discipline, enhancing strategic decision-making, and improving performance visibility throughout the organization. The FP&A Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, providing essential insights to executive leadership and department heads to facilitate growth management, spending optimization, and effective resource allocation. A solid understanding of SaaS metrics, a proactive approach to financial modeling, and the ability to distill complex financial data into clear, actionable business strategies are crucial for success in this role.
Location: New York or San Francisco
We embrace a hub-hybrid model designed to balance flexibility with meaningful in-person collaboration. Team members within commuting distance are expected in-office 2–3 days per week, typically from Tuesday to Thursday.
