Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented FP&A Manager to join our finance team. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in shaping company strategy through financial analysis while developing scalable processes to support our growth. This position reports directly to the Director of FP&A.
Work Environment:
While Garner is headquartered in New York City, this position is open to candidates who excel in remote work with occasional travel to our headquarters.
Your Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain dynamic, driver-based financial models to support business decisions, scenario planning, cash forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to translate company strategy into actionable financial plans.
- Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, including annual budgets, quarterly reforecasts, and rolling forecasts.
- Lead monthly financial reporting, including variance and trend analysis, as well as KPI dashboards for leadership.
- Implement and enhance financial planning tools and reporting automation to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
- Act as a strategic partner to department leaders, guiding them in understanding financial performance and making informed decisions.
- Perform in-depth ad-hoc financial analysis to assess new business opportunities.
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities, providing mitigation strategies to leadership.
