Job Overview:
We are seeking a Financial Planning Manager to play a critical role in supporting the implementation, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of our financial planning services across the firm.
Please Note: We currently have ONE opening for a Financial Planning Manager that can be based in any of our office locations, including Boston, MA; Westwood, NJ; New York, NY; McClain, VA; Annapolis, MD; Charlotte, NC; Atlanta, GA; and Wayne, NJ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Financial Planning to execute strategic initiatives, complete research projects, and establish feedback loops, ensuring high-quality and consistent delivery of financial planning across the organization.
- Planning Enablement and Execution:
- Implement comprehensive financial planning workflows, templates, and processes across the firm.
- Coordinate the launch of new planning deliverables and tool features.
- Support pilot programs and advisor testing groups, gathering and organizing feedback.
- Technology and Platform Support:
- Work closely with the financial planning platform administrator to enhance the utilization of planning tools (e.g., eMoney, Holistiplan, SSAnalyzer).
- Provide research and justifications for firm-wide planning assumptions, settings, and integrations.
- Communication and Feedback Coordination:
- Manage the “Voice of the Advisor” feedback loop through surveys, interviews, etc.
- Assist in drafting and distributing the Planning Roadmap and monthly updates.
- Organize and facilitate Planning Advisory Panel and pilot group meetings.
