The Financial Supervisor will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the financial operations within our organization. This position is key in ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, effective budgeting, and strategic forecasting while adhering to all relevant financial regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide financial staff to ensure the precision and timeliness of financial transactions.
- Lead a team and work in partnership with department heads across various financial sectors, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cost & Inventory Control.
- Utilize the SAP system for effective data management and analysis.
- Prepare and review critical financial documents such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in the creation and tracking of the annual budget.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to uncover trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Act as a liaison with external auditors during audit processes, addressing any findings as necessary.
- Provide training and support to financial staff to enhance their skills and professional development.
