Functions
- Exercise operational command during firefighting, rescue, and incident response within a complex, high-risk industrial setting, effectively coordinating with both internal teams and external emergency responders across France and Switzerland.
- Ensure continuous operational readiness by overseeing personnel, vehicles, and equipment to facilitate safe and timely interventions.
- Maintain a robust hands-on operational presence, engaging directly in daily fire station activities, team leadership, and shift operations.
- Contribute to operational planning, emergency preparedness, and risk management, including post-incident evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and support firefighter training, drills, and exercises to foster operational competence, teamwork, and readiness.
- Participate in both operational and administrative management, supporting innovative projects and stakeholder engagement to enhance safety and operational excellence.
