Our IT department is dedicated to providing exceptional support to over 1,500 users, utilizing innovative cloud-based technologies to drive compliance, security, and outstanding customer service. We are currently seeking a First Line Support Analyst to join our dynamic team.
Your Role:
As the first point of contact for IT assistance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations across the organization. You will handle a variety of support requests through phone and portal tickets, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Proactive Triage: Prioritize and address issues to maintain business productivity.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Provide hands-on support for desktop and laptop hardware.
- Remote Resolution: Troubleshoot software and connectivity issues in real-time by accessing machines remotely.
- Access Management: Manage essential tasks such as password resets and account permissions.
