- Deliver technical and operational support to the operations group, ensuring an Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) level of 85% or higher.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of safe work practices and uphold Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) procedures in the workplace.
- Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule, including nights, afternoons, and weekends.
- Flexibility to engage in all functional areas and operate a variety of operational equipment including, but not limited to: forklifts, blowers/fillers, labelers, bottle date coders, shrink wrappers, case erectors, case packers, case sealers, case date coders, palletizers, stretch wrappers, injection molding machines, and inventory/record keeping systems.
- Proactively respond to and resolve operational issues, including basic maintenance and adjustments.
- Conduct planned AM checks and ensure daily management systems such as Centre lining, Clean Inspect Lube, and defect handling are practiced, identifying potential equipment issues and escalating predictive failures to relevant stakeholders.
- Perform manual tasks as required, such as hand palletizing, product reworks, product destruction, and hand packing.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure the production of optimal quality products.
- Accurately record downtime in the Enterprise Information Tool (EIT).
- Accomplish any reasonable tasks assigned by leadership as needed.
- Ensure materials are utilized following the Just In Time (JIT) method using scanning devices.
- Support organizational quality compliance and environmental initiatives across the site.
