Key Responsibilities
- Fuel & Consumption Management:
- Continuously monitor and evaluate fuel consumption metrics for each vehicle (Km/L).
- Analyze discrepancies and implement effective anti-siphoning and anti-theft strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with fuel suppliers and manage internal fuel facilities.
- Spare Parts & Inventory Control:
- Develop a systematic coding and tracking framework for all spare parts, including Tires, Oils, Filters, etc.
- Ensure optimal inventory levels (Reorder Points) are maintained to reduce vehicle downtime.
- Cost & Expense Management:
- Formulate and oversee the annual fleet budget, encompassing both CAPEX and OPEX.
- Conduct thorough audits of all fleet-related expenses including maintenance, tolls, driver allowances, and fines.
- Calculate MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) and consumption metrics per trip/vehicle.
