Qualifications
As a Flex Growth Account Executive, your responsibilities will include:
Managing the complete sales cycle for customer expansion, identifying and closing upsell opportunities within your designated territory of existing Toast SMB POS customers, from outbound prospecting to contract negotiations and closure.
Employing consultative selling techniques to conduct in-depth discovery, revealing customer pain points and business objectives, and effectively positioning Toast's expanded product solutions.
Consistently achieving and surpassing monthly sales quotas for revenue and unit bookings.
Maintaining a well-organized sales pipeline and activity records within Salesforce CRM and other essential tools.
Exhibiting in-depth market and product knowledge to effectively position Toast solutions and communicate their unique value proposition.
Engaging in seamless collaboration with New Business, Services, and Implementation teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and satisfaction.
Utilizing strategic sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler) to uncover urgency, drive value, and craft compelling propositions.

Join our rapidly growing Customer Growth (Upsell) Sales team! As a Flex Growth Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to support existing SMB Toast POS customers in maximizing their success through enhanced product offerings. This full-cycle role involves managing a portfolio of existing customers, focusing on revenue generation through product expansion and adoption. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure value delivery across the Toast platform. We pride ourselves on a sales culture that is a dynamic mix of competitiveness and teamwork, where collective success is key. This position demands agility, adaptability, and a readiness to navigate constant changes and uncertainties, as you will flex between various Total Addressable Markets (TAMs).
Note: This position is primarily remote, allowing you to work from home while also requiring occasional fieldwork in your assigned territories.
