Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Flex Customer Growth Account Executive position will possess:Proven experience in managing full sales cycles, particularly in identifying and capitalizing on upsell opportunities within a dedicated territory of existing Toast SMB POS clients, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to conduct in-depth discovery sessions to uncover customer pain points and objectives, leveraging these insights to position Toast's comprehensive product offerings effectively.A track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales quotas and revenue targets on a monthly basis.Excellent organizational skills, capable of maintaining a well-structured sales pipeline and meticulous activity records through Salesforce CRM and other essential tools.Deep market and product knowledge, enabling you to articulate the unique value of Toast solutions in the context of the competitive landscape.A collaborative mindset, working closely with New Business, Services, and Implementation teams to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction.Familiarity with strategic sales methodologies, such as Sandler, to uncover urgency, convey value, and create compelling sales propositions.

Note: This position is primarily remote, allowing you to work from home, with occasional field visits in your assigned territories.
