What Will You Do?
In this role, you will engage with our clients, institutions, and referrers over the phone. As the initial point of contact for our organization, you will handle registrations, ensuring that inquiries are addressed and the right individuals are connected. Your approach will always be friendly, tactful, and responsive, especially during emotionally charged conversations where maintaining composure is crucial. You will also perform various administrative tasks, such as following up on appointments and filing documents, making adaptability and initiative essential qualities for success.
Where Will You Work?
You will be part of the Customer Care Department in Tilburg, where you and your colleagues provide support to adult (potential) clients facing addiction challenges. The workplace atmosphere is collegial and informal, characterized by minimal hierarchy and a strong emphasis on personal responsibility.

Trubendorffer is a leading specialist in innovative outpatient addiction care in the Netherlands, offering intensive treatments for addiction and dual diagnoses. Annually, we assist over 1,500 clients, supported by a dedicated team of more than 200 employees across our seven treatment locations in Amsterdam, Utrecht, Tilburg, Nijmegen, The Hague, Den Bosch, and Maastricht. Our headquarters is located in Amsterdam, which hosts two treatment locations.
