About the Role
The Test Engineering team at Anduril engages with a diverse range of products including Altius, Lattice, Ghost UAS, Sentry Tower, cUAS, and more. We are deeply involved in comprehensive system-level development testing, new aircraft design, sub-component qualification assessments, and much more. Your Responsibilities
- As a Flight Test Engineer, you will operate with minimal oversight, developing various strategies to fulfill Test & Evaluation (T&E) objectives for Small UAS/Quadcopters and overseeing the execution of test activities.
- This role will place a strong emphasis on the development of new SUAS/Quadcopter aircraft, focusing on areas such as electronics, avionics, propulsion systems, flight characteristics, rugged design, and scalable quality.
- Your testing responsibilities will encompass system and sub-system T&E for both hardware and software. This includes supporting or leading test planning, defining success metrics, executing tests (both ground and flight), analyzing test results, and driving improvements in processes and development.
