Your Role as a Floating Early Education Administrator
We are seeking an inspirational leader who is passionate about the Montessori method and possesses the skills and determination to enhance enrollment, attract and retain exceptional staff, build robust parent engagement, and ensure an outstanding educational experience for every child. As a Floating Administrator, you will provide critical leadership to our campuses during transitional periods or when additional support is needed.
