In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of our guest-centric areas, ensuring that every visitor enjoys a seamless, entertaining, and high-quality experience. This position merges leadership, hospitality, and operations management within a vibrant, collaborative environment.
Manage daily floor operations, including bay service, food and beverage delivery, guest interactions, and staff coordination.
Lead, mentor, and support front-of-house team members (servers, bay hosts, runners, bartenders, etc.) throughout service shifts.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences by promptly and professionally addressing any issues that arise.
Ensure the venue's cleanliness, ambiance, and operational readiness are maintained at all times.
Assist in training and mentoring team members to uphold Luxe Golf Bays’ high standards and maximize performance.
Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Support the implementation and enforcement of health, safety, and compliance standards.
Monitor team performance during shifts and escalate staffing concerns to senior management as needed.
Track and report guest feedback, team performance, and operational challenges.
