Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks including filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.
- Accurately enter data into systems.
- Register General Practitioners (GPs) and Support Helpers (SHs) for workshops and retraining sessions, and track their attendance.
- Request necessary workshops from the Evolution Academy (EA).
- Collaborate with HR administration in drafting written reprimands and ensure GPs/SHs sign them.
- Coordinate bonus allocations for departing employees.
- Assign and reassign GPs/SHs to team managers as needed.
- Generate various reports as required.
- Assist Team Managers with documentation and provide further administrative support to the operations department.
