Role Overview
As a Flow Experience Agent, you will be pivotal in cultivating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for both residents and guests. Your responsibilities will encompass greeting and assisting visitors, managing packages and mail, offering administrative support, and participating in community engagement initiatives. Essential duties involve collaborative efforts, addressing inquiries and concerns from guests or residents, and handling administrative tasks such as organizing paperwork and preparing reports.
