Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Distribution
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure comprehensive coverage of all assigned retail outlets, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Manage product orders and closely follow up on deliveries and payments.
- Collaborate with distributors to maintain optimal stock levels.
2. Market Development
- Identify and target new potential outlets or areas to enhance brand reach.
- Promote new product launches and schemes to retailers effectively.
- Gather valuable market feedback and insights regarding competitors.
3. Merchandising & Visibility
- Ensure product displays adhere to brand standards.
- Install promotional materials including banners, wobblers, and posters.
- Regularly monitor expiry dates and ensure product freshness.
4. Reporting & Data Management
- Submit daily market visit reports (DVR).
- Track sales performance using mobile applications or Excel.
- Report any issues such as low stock, delivery delays, or retailer complaints.
5. Coordination & Teamwork
- Coordinate effectively with distributors, delivery teams, and area sales managers.
- Support marketing and promotional initiatives in the field.
- Participate in sales meetings, product training sessions, and performance reviews.
