As a FMCG Sales Expert, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and expanding our diverse portfolio of E-commerce and In-store solutions. This includes E-comm Market Data, Digital Shelf, Digital Purchase, and In-store Measurement. You will be instrumental in nurturing existing client relationships while proactively seeking to grow our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate client onboarding for both In-store and E-commerce solutions, encompassing contract negotiations, educational sessions, presentations, and business case development.
Develop and sustain regular communication with key stakeholders from client organizations, including marketing, sales, research, and senior management teams.
Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities with current and prospective clients.
Work collaboratively with global and local teams, including E-comm, In-store, Sales, Customer Service, and Analytics, to share best practices and drive commercial success.
Achieve and exceed defined commercial goals and performance metrics.
Provide analytical insights through data interpretation, recommending optimizations in sales strategies, pricing, promotions, and in-store execution.
