As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing our guests' dining experience. Your responsibilities will include: • Assisting in the Food and Beverage operations, serving drinks, cleaning tables, and transporting orders from the kitchen to the servers across various outlets (restaurant, bar, room service, events, etc.). • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas. • Ensuring all materials used are hygienically managed and well organized. • Preparing mise-en-place for service points. • Presenting bills and processing customer payments as needed. • Supporting buffet replenishment. • Assisting in setting up and supplying event rooms, as well as serving food and beverages during occasions such as coffee breaks, banquets, and cocktails when required. • Inputting orders into the system, closing tabs, and issuing invoices when necessary. • Implementing area self-control processes and adhering to food safety best practices. • Performing other related tasks as required.
