Join our dynamic team at AccorHotels as a Food and Beverage Attendant, where each day brings new opportunities and experiences within our bustling venue. Collaborate closely with the Venue Manager to ensure exceptional service and unforgettable moments for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
Inspire and lead the Food & Beverage team to consistently provide top-notch service to our guests.
Oversee daily operations in the restaurant, bar, and during conferences as necessary.
Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly service to all guests at all times.
Embrace and promote Accor’s Heartist service culture to create memorable guest experiences during every shift.
Greet guests warmly, take orders, and provide attentive table service.
Prepare and serve coffee beverages to meet brand standards.
Maintain and clean buffet and coffee stations, ensuring they are always inviting.
Assist with the operational setup, service, and breakdown for restaurant and event operations.
Set up, refill, and clean conference and event areas efficiently.
Promote and upsell hotel food and beverage offerings to enhance revenue.
Maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards in all Food & Beverage areas.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices diligently.
Work independently during shifts while providing support to the Food & Beverage Venue Manager when needed.
This is a full-time position, requiring flexibility across a rotating roster of 7 days a week, with shifts ranging from 6:00 AM to 9:30 PM.
