Join our dynamic Food & Beverage team at Ibis Styles Edinburgh St Andrew Square, where we are searching for an enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to enhance our guest experience. This is a full-time role, with a contract offered upon successful completion of the probation period. Your responsibilities will include:
- Organizing and managing bar services for our guests, including operating the point of sale system.
- Occasionally preparing food for breakfast and evening services to ensure quality dining experiences.
- Delivering a warm and personalized welcome to guests, remaining attentive to their needs throughout their visit.
- Promoting our bar and restaurant offerings to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Building strong relationships with guests, providing knowledgeable advice, and fostering customer loyalty.
- Managing bar stock and setup according to brand standards to maintain high service levels.
- Serving guests at the bar and restaurant, effectively organizing work to adapt to varying guest numbers.
- Ensuring all equipment remains in good working condition and follows safety protocols.
- Executing procedures for opening and closing the point of sale efficiently.
- Overseeing breakfast service and replenishing our buffet to guarantee a delightful experience for all.
